    I am having trouble opening up Singxer-USB-Audio-Class2-Drvier_v3.20.0. Which app do I use? This is for the Singxer KTE SU1 Digital Interface Kitsune tuned edition that I bought from you.

      it is a zip file so must be uncompressed. and of if you have a mac you don’t need the drivers.
      but if you have a windows PC, just use something like winzip or the OS’s own zip software integrated in the OS to open and uncompress the files. Then run the EXE file to start the installation process.
      Also I highly recommend to go to singxer’s website to get their newest driver. v.5.30
