Please refrain from asking for updates on your order of Spring3 or May DAC;  Unless you are at the end of your estimated production time which was given when you placed the order. We give these estimates so you can know what to expect and we meet these estimates about 90% of the time. 

If it’s at end of last week of the estimate then please feel free to email us for an update. Thank you for your understanding. This will improve timely responses for all other new tickets opened from this contact form.

As of 9/15/2021 estimated production time for May and Spring3 is 5-5.5weeks and 4-5 days shipping if an order is placed today. we will update this about once a month or if we expect any drastic changes. USA and Canada can check out from our store for most any item.
